Submitting and following

Get a bookmarklet.

Click the bookmarklet when you are reading an article on a subject you want to follow.

You are either given the opportunity to submit it, or if someone beat you to it, you can follow the storyline.

You are finished.
Getting alerts

Submit an article or click the "+Follow" link next to an existing article.

By default subscriptions are set to Email and RSS. If you want one or the other (or none!), go to Account > Subscriptions to set your alerts preferences for that storyline.
